After 12 weeks, the results showed that Diasip significantly reduced postprandial blood glucose response.

Another study to test the effect of oral antidiabetic medication on postprandial glucose (PPG), involved 44 patients with type 2 diabetes.

After 4 weeks, the results were assessed, revealing a significantly lower PPG (or after-meal blood glucose response) in the Diasip group after the initial intake, and it continued to decline after 4 weeks of use.
